At Yardhomedeals, we take pride in offering reliable, high-quality outdoor lighting and garden products delivered straight to your door. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. That's why we've designed a clear and transparent return policy.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process your refund or exchange request.

2. Important: Return Location

Yardhomedeals is operated by ScaleFlow Marketing LLC (USA). To offer you competitive prices on outdoor products, we operate a direct-to-consumer model.

Please note: All returns must be shipped to our central distribution center in Asia.

DO NOT send returns to:

  • Our correspondence address in Sheridan, USA

These are administrative offices only and cannot process returns. Packages sent to these addresses may be rejected or lost.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We take full responsibility. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement.

Change of Mind (Size, Color, Preference): You may still return your order within 30 days. However:

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Since the return address is in Asia, international shipping rates apply. We recommend checking rates with your local carrier before initiating a return.
  • Original delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • Items showing visible signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us — Send an email to info@yardhomedeals.com including your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions — Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the exact warehouse address in Asia and a Return Form.

Step 3: Pack & Ship — Carefully place the product in its original packaging. You must use a shipping method with Track & Trace. Please share the tracking number with us via email. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return at our Asia facility, our warehouse team will inspect the product. You will be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receipt.
  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.

7. Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size, color, or model? Contact us at info@yardhomedeals.com within 30 days. For exchanges due to personal preference, you will need to return the original item to our warehouse in Asia (at your own cost) before the new item is dispatched.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Items with visible signs of use or damage upon return.
